Personally, I believe this is the best sushi place in the area. Other sushi places just fill their rolls with imitation crab and Mayo. Blah!!! I love their salmon sashimi, Nigi Toro and Nigi Hama. But another favorite is Double salmon and The Dragon.

Love this place! They have been closed for a few weeks now, I hear there was water damage to the building. It would be great if the owners could update their answering service that way the public has a timeline of when they will open again. The community would love to support once Sushi Today opens again.

The service and food was amazing! Our server made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. I was shocked out how good the happy hour menu was and I look forward to going back!

Unassuming spot. Location made me skeptical as im quite picky. Incredible quality and flavors. One of the top in S king county.

Fantastic quality sushi at reasonable prices. Love coming here for sashimi, including their specials on otoro and king salmon. They also have bento boxes which allow you to choose 2 proteins (along with a variety of sides). Very sizeable portions for the bentos. Service is always good and prompt. Plenty of seating and family friendly. My go to spot for sushi in the area. Hope they will continue to get good business!

Hidden gem tucked in the corner of the plaza. Been here a few times. I enjoy their bento boxes. I didn't take pictures of all my food I've purchased. I do have one picture of my bento box with Katsu chicken and Salmon teriyaki and California roll. The food is delicious. Service is great. The restaurant is clean. I rerun at time when in town.

I came in here for lunch and really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the customer service. Jeremy was our server and he was super friendly and attentive. The place was clean and relaxing. The sashimi and portion size for the assorted fish were great! We got the chirashi bowl and the lunch sashimi. The lunch sashimi came with miso soup and salad. They were so nice to offer a bowl of rice to go with my sashimi. Overall, it's a great stop for lunch!

Our group was craving some sushi, and after some scurrying on the internet, we found this smallish cafe vibe sushi restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, there's a wide variety of rolls and sushi. There are even daily specials on the board behind the counter. The waitress working that day was incredible nice and patient. Overall a lowkey and chill vibe and delicious food! I highly recommend the Firecracker roll.

This place was awesome! Professional service, clean environment with modern dining items and fixtures, and top quality fish. We jumped around the menu a bit (hot food, cold food, sushi, dessert) and were very happy with everything we ordered. Very authentic. Would definitely recommend them when you need your sushi fix.
